Rustic land situated between Valtocado and Mijas Pueblo. Total around 60,000m2.

According to the Mijas Town Hall the plots can be divided but you would have to see what the Town Hall needs you to have and see if a property can be built as a casa de apero, dependant on the new rustic rules.There is no water or electric connections.
