Opis

Large rustic plot of 25,500 m2, mainly for agricultural use, with tropical trees (400 orange trees and 40 avocados) and an orchard with irrigation water and its own water well. Located just 1.5km from the center of Manilva, it belongs to the municipality of Casares, Malaga. Attached to the Doña Julia golf course. Easy access to the highway.
In a corner of the plot there is a large house of about 200m2 to be reformed. Both the house and the plot have electricity and water.
